We were honored to be included in A Mark Extended, a four-person exhibition at Wasserman Projects alongside Chris Hyndman, Hannah Knox, and Matt Wedel. Curated by Alison Wong, the show explored how artistic process and human connection can leave lasting imprints—marks—on both material and memory.

Each artist approached material with rigor and emotion, producing works that felt both deeply personal and universally resonant.

Our contribution included a selection of works from across a decade of practice, tracing a path from our early haute couture handbags to complex installations of hand-crafted boxes, beaded sculptures, and scroll-based landscapes.

The exhibition emphasized not only physical labor and craft, but also the emotional and familial narratives embedded in each work. Much like the tiny components in our sculptures that depend on one another for stability, our practice is grounded in collaboration—not just between the two of us, but with family, community, and memory itself.

Presented in collaboration with Cristina Grajales Gallery, our installation at Wasserman Projects captured a full spectrum of our creative evolution. It was a joy to present our work in the context of a show so invested in the power of process and connection.
